Cut chicken tenders into 30 bite sized pieces. Cut large mushrooms in half and keep smaller mushrooms whole. Cook chicken and mushrooms as directed on Culinary Tonight box, but do not add marsala reduction to mushrooms. Put one piece chicken and 1 mushroom on skewer. When ready to serve, drizzle marsala wine reduction over skewers. Tip - keep skewers warm in chafing dish or crockpot.
