Seafood - Jerk Shrimp with Grilled Onions Print Version

Notes: Fabulous served with Avocado Mango Salsa!
  • 2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 Tbl ADAMS JAMAICAN JERK SEASOING
  • 1 Tbl olive oil
  • 1 Tbl lemon juice
  • 1 large red onion, sliced thinly
Place all ingredients in a gallon size zip lock bag. Toss to coat well and place in refrigerator for 30-60 minutes to marinate. Grill or broil shrimp and onions over medium-high heat for about 4 minutes each side or until pink.
