Ingredients:
  • 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups halved strawberries
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon ADAMS BEST VANILLA
  • 1 teaspoon ADAMS IMITATION STRAWBERRY EXTRACT
Directions:
Using a potato masher or fork, mash strawberries and set aside. Combine the sweetened condensed milk, Adams Imitation Strawberry Extract, Adams Best Vanilla, and salt. Mix well. Add the strawberries and mix well. In the bowl of your mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Add 1/3 of the whipped cream mixture into the strawberry mixture and stir to combine.  Fold in the remaining whipped cream mixture. Pour into a loaf pan or freezer safe dish.  Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
