Lightly brush chicken with 1/2 of the olive oil. Mix all spices together in small bowl. Sprinkle seasoning blend over chicken and coat well. Grill until cooked through. In separate bowl mix together peaches, bell pepper, red onion, tomato, vinegar, and remaining olive oil. Serve chicken with fruit salsa placed over it.
