Directions:
Preheat the oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment
paper. In a large bowl, combine the squash, olive oil,salt, pepper, garlic
powder and salt. Stir well to combine. Transfer squash to the prepared baking sheet and roast for 15
minutes. Remove from the oven and stir. Roast for an additional 15-20 minutes or until the edges start to
brown and are crisp.
