Ingredients:
  • 2 Large Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Sweet Onion
  • 1 to 3 Jalapenos
  • 2 Tbl Lime Juice
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbl Cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp Adams Cumin
  • 1/4 tsp Adams Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp ADAMS GARLIC SALT
Directions:
Combine in bowl the diced tomatoes and the sweet onion chopped. For a spicier salsa, chop 1 to 3 jalapenos and add to bowl. For a not so spicy salsa, de-seed the jalapenos before chopping, and discard the seeds. Add the lime juice and olive oil. Add the chopped cilantro, garlic salt, cumin and black pepper. Mix and chill before serving. If you prefer a less chunky salsa, combine all ingredients in a blender but do not puree.
